Her distinguished career includes serving as the International Manager at the University of Greenwich and as an admissions agent for University of the Arts London (UAL). Notably, she was appointed as a school governor for an independent prep school ranked in the Top 50 by The Times Education (2019–2020)

Having navigated the UK system firsthand—studying at King Edward’s School Witley for her A-Levels and graduating with a BA and MMus from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London—Eve brings an authentic understanding to international families. Furthering her expertise, she completed her LLB Law degree at the University of Essex in 2024. Based in London, Eve leverages her vast network among UK day and boarding schools to secure elite futures for international students.

Title: Head of Student Logistics

Bio: Julian brings decades of senior leadership from the heart of the UK independent boarding school sector. From 1986 to 2001, he served as the Head of Humanities and Games at St. Martin’s Prep School in Nawton. He then transitioned to St. Martin’s Ampleforth—the prestigious prep school for Ampleforth College—where he spent nearly two decades as Deputy Headmaster and Head of Boarding.

Throughout his career, Julian was directly responsible for organising comprehensive travel and logistics for boarders, both domestically and internationally. Joining the Elite ACS team in December 2020, Julian oversees all student logistics, ensuring safe, punctual, and stress-free transport arrangements for our students across the UK.

Title: Head of Communications

Location: Hong Kong Office

Bio: Candy brings many years of high-level management experience in international business to her role, where she spearheads communication and handles initial inquiries from families in Hong Kong. As a mother with a child currently attending a premier UK boarding school, she offers invaluable, firsthand insight into the UK education system from a parent’s perspective. Candy excels at day-to-day coordination and ensures flawless communication channels remain open between UK schools, students, and their parents back home.

Title: Administrator

Bio:  Ernestine is committed to facilitating smooth, pre-arrival communications between families and their chosen UK academic institutions. Before relocating to the UK in 2021, she served as an Executive Personal Assistant for a publicly listed company. Her corporate background guarantees highly organised administrative tracking, ensuring all school entry requirements, documents, and marketing liaisons are handled with absolute precision.

Bio:

Chloe joined Elite ACS in 2023 and serves as our Head of Admissions, leading all boarding school and university admissions consultancy. A graduate of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Chloe brings an extensive global perspective to our team, backed by an in-depth understanding of the UK, USA, and Australian education markets.

Prior to joining Elite ACS, she spent over five years working directly within the UK education sector. Today, Chloe provides masterful, clear guidance to families navigating highly competitive entry processes, maintaining a distinguished 100% success rate in helping students secure placements at their first-choice institutions.
