Service Overview

We provide professional guidance to help students choose their university and course. This includes:

  • Analysing course content across different universities.

  • Helping students and parents understand optional modules, campus environment, teaching quality and accommodation.

  • Comparing university and subject rankings.

  • Offering tailored advice based on each student’s abilities and interests to narrow down subject options and select the most suitable universities.

One-to-One Consultancy

  • Provide tailored university and course planning based on the student’s current grades, extracurricular activities and the family’s preferences.

  • Analyse university rankings from different organisations to identify the most advantageous subjects and institutions for application.

  • Hold individual online meetings with the student to discuss the application process and monitor progress.

  • Maintain direct contact with parents in Hong Kong regarding application steps and updates.

  • Recommend strategies to strengthen academic performance if areas for improvement are identified during consultation.

  • Assess the student’s English proficiency and advise on suitable English-language tests for university admission.

UCAS Application Support

  • Ensure successful creation of the UCAS account and accurate completion of personal details, avoiding duplication with the Personal Statement service.

  • Provide reminders at every stage of the UCAS process, including accepting offers, replying to university emails and arranging accommodation.

Alternative Pathway Support

  • Assist with direct applications for undergraduate degrees, International Year One programmes and foundation courses.

  • Increase the chances of university admission by submitting direct applications to UK universities outside the UCAS system for suitable courses and entry routes.

Personal Statement Review

  • Threes rounds of edits (up to 3 hour in total).

  • The student provides a draft for the consultant to review.

  • Tailored advice to help craft a distinctive Personal Statement that strengthens the chance of admission to preferred universities.

  • Guidance includes understanding university entry requirements, identifying personal strengths, and shaping a clear outline to deliver the best possible final version.
    This is not a ghost-writing service. Students must submit their own draft before each session so the consultant can give detailed feedback and suggestions.

Results Day Support

  • Advance planning and guidance for results day, including real-time information on Clearing opportunities and assistance with Clearing applications.

  • Support in preparing all documents required for the UK student visa application.

Additional Service: Hong Kong Non-JUPAS University Application Service + £1,000

  • Assistance with completing and following up on Hong Kong Non-JUPAS applications, covering applications to up to three universities

  • Support in refining the student’s personal statement specifically for Hong Kong Non-JUPAS applications

  • Advice on suitable programmes based on the student’s academic results and the entry requirements of different faculties and universities

  • Comprehensive coaching from the ground up.
  • Helps students uncover their strengths and unique qualities, create a personalised outline based on individual experiences, and develop a distinctive writing style and structure.

  • Up to 12 hours of consultation and six rounds of feedback.
